Kelli Morrison
Executive Director

Kelli grew up in Downeast Maine. Her passion for working with seniors began at the early age of 17. She earned a B.S. in Mental Health and Human Services and went on to work as an Alzheimer’s Specialist before officially beginning her career in senior living. She became an Activities Director at a brand-new assisted living community in Bangor and was soon promoted to Administrator.
For the past 13 years, Kelli has had the privilege of managing assisted living communities and supporting residents, families, and staff.
In 2017, she relocated to Southern Maine to work for Atria Kennebunk as the Executive Director. She also worked as a Social Worker and Liaison for a home health and hospice organization. These experiences have helped shape the compassionate, resident-centered approach she brings to leadership today.
Kelli lives in Kennebunkport with her husband, teenage son, and three dogs. They have a big blended family with six children and four wonderful grandbabies.
Amanda Langlois
Director of Community Relations
Amanda.langlois@springvillagedover.com- Amanda serves as the bridge between Spring Village and the community we serve. She cultivates positive relationships, fostering engagement, and promoting collaboration with local residents and orginizations. She makes sure the communities voice is heard and valued. Her role is essential in building trust and creating a vibrant, connected community where everyone feels involved and supported, nuturing stong community ties and a sense of beloning and hope within the community and serving as a reminder of the power of connection.
- Amanda brings decades of business and customer service background to our community. She is from South Berwick, Maine where she enjoys her home and her family. Amanda enjoys gardening, cooking and being outdoors. Her passion for caregiving and attention to detail , smile and compassion promises to build strong connections throughout the community.
Tabitha Scott

Tabby serves as our Business Office Coordinator, where she oversees building financial operations and manages Human Resources functions. Prior to joining our team, she worked in local government as a Finance Administrator and Planning & Community Development Coordinator, gaining valuable experience in municipal operations, budgeting, and community relations. Her strong financial and administrative background helps ensure exceptional support and service for our residents, families, and staff.
In addition to her professional career, Tabby is also the owner of a wedding catering business, which keeps her busy throughout the summer and fall seasons. Her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality have been tremendous assets to our community. She is always willing to jump into event planning or lend a hand with dining services whenever needed.
Outside of work, Tabby enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. Whether traveling, enjoying lake days, or relaxing in the quiet countryside of New Durham, she values making meaningful memories with her family
Amanda Cassen is the Director of Nursing at Spring Village at Dover, where she provides strategic leadership and oversee the nursing operations across various departments. With 13 years of experience in healthcare, Amanda has demonstrated a strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency.
Before assuming the role of Director of Nursing, Amanda served in a nursing leadership position, where she developed and implemented evidence-based practices, mentored staff, and ensured the highest standards of resident care. In her current role, Amanda works closely with the executive leadership team to align nursing services with the organization's mission and values. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and patient-centered care.
Outside of her professional work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her fiancée and her two children, she enjoys baking, hiking, and camping, which helps to maintain a balanced and fulfilled life. Her passion for nursing and patient advocacy drives her to continually seek innovative solutions to improve the quality of care delivered to every resident.
Joe Pelletier
Dining Service Director

Joe grew up in Newburyport, Massachusetts, where he developed his hospitality experience working in several restaurants. In 2003, he began his career in healthcare, spending nine years in skilled nursing facilities before transitioning into assisted living.
For the past seven years, Joe has specialized in managing dining programs within assisted and independent living communities, focusing on delivering quality service and enhancing the resident experience. He currently resides in Rochester with his wife and dog.
