Base Fee

Our base fee includes your choice of 3 apartment designs; daily meals and nutritious snacks; housekeeping/laundry services; and an enriching activity program.

We affirm independence, self-esteem and dignity by providing our Residents just the right amount of assistance based upon a determination of needs.
